Customers have the right to return the goods within 14 days of receipt. The right of return is exercised by returning the goods; however, they must not have been opened or used. The return of the order must be announced in the customer account of the online store; VORTEX PADEL SA will then send a return ticket to the customer by email.
Exercising the right of return results in the transformation of the sales contract into a restitution relationship where the services received under the sales contract must be returned.
After receipt of the goods, the sales price already paid will be credited to the customer's customer account. However, a deduction from the sales price to be paid or an invoicing due to possible damage, excessive wear and tear of the goods or, if agreed, the costs of sending the goods, remains reserved. VORTEX PADEL SA may refuse to credit the amount until it has received the goods in return or until the customer has provided proof of having returned the goods, depending on which event occurs first.
For returns of defective merchandise, VORTEX PADEL SA also requires the return or delivery of the defective item for repair, a copy of the invoice that accompanied the item.
In all cases, the customer is responsible for packaging the returned goods so that they are suitable for transport. Any damage or loss of goods caused by improper packaging will be charged to the customer. If the customer entrusts the goods to a transport company, they assume the risk of ensuring the safe transport of the goods. The risks only pass to VORTEX PADEL SA upon receipt of the goods at VORTEX PADEL SA.
When sending the item for repair or return, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the data contained therein is deleted and for preventing any loss by making copies, as data may be lost during repair work. VORTEX PADEL SA accepts no liability for loss of data, access by third parties, or similar events.
